What
an incredible encouragement the partnering of Coat of
Many Colors Ministries with Project AmaZon is to the
work of evangelizing the yet un-reached 35,000 communities
across the Amazon basin. It is exactly this type
of partnership of individuals and organizations, each
being obedient to the burden God places upon their hearts
that will allow the great commission to be fulfilled.
Ronnie,
you and your team will never know what CMC is doing
all along the Amazon Basin. The ministry God has given
you has gone far beyond church-planting. The special
times that have been spent with the pastors and workers
have brought them so much excitement, enthusiasm and
a renewed 'shot-in-the-arm' to work harder and reach
farther. Only Heaven will tell the true story of what
is being done here.

Only
God knows the impact the body of Christ can have by
coming together in one mind and in one accord to reach
the lost. We at Project AmaZon want to express
our thankfulness for the blessings that Coat of Many
Colors Ministries is ministering to our needy people
along the rivers here in the Amazon. The value
of the gift of a completed church building cannot
be underestimated in its effect upon the work of the
kingdom in an isolated river community. The
love of God that it demonstrates to members of Christ's
body who are not easily able to provide for themselves
is a great encouragement and motivation to grow
in the Lord as a brotherhood and evangelize their
area to bring the lost in to the church.

 I
am humbled at the opportunity to be used by God to reach
the lost through Coat of Many Colors. I stand in awe,
so amazed at how God directs our lives and how He has
intersected my path with that of this ministry and family.
By being obedient to the voice of the Lord, I had the
opportunity to build a church in the Brazilian village
of Corta Corta II. One of the most incredible experiences
I had  was
staking out and dedicating the land for the church in
the village. There is a family with 13 kids in the picture
that are now attending the constructed church. 'To God
be the Glory, Great Things He is doing!'
If
you are available, God will use your talents, gifts
and things you possess for His Glory. Upon entering
the country of Brazil, I discovered this land is full
of men, women, boys and girls who need to hear the name,
Jesus!
P.S.
In October, 2003, I became an official member of CMC
by marrying Abigail Yother!

Three years ago, I prayed to the Lord to open a door
for mission work. Like Isaiah, I prayed 'here am I,
send me.' Not long after that the Lord let me
meet the Yother family. I saw in this
family humbleness and genuine desire to exalt
Jesus and advance His kingdom and His purpose for
His glory around the world. I have been on mission
trips with them and I have seen the love they have
for the people. They are very genuine and the people
sense that. I will thank God always for the Yother
family and will continue to support them any way I
can.

Since
we decided to plant our seed, the Lord has given financial
increase in our lives and now He is allowing us to
plant more seed! He has not only blessed us financially,
He has allowed us to sow into other people's lives.
We know that our efforts reap an eternal reward. Yet,
He is allowing our seeds to grow here with everyone
we
speak to. The Lord has done all of these things. We
were simply obedient in sowing our first church. Since
then, He has done the rest. He's given us the seed,
the love and the power to complete His will in our
lives. All we have to do is keep walking in obedience
... He will guide our steps.

Not only has my life been blessed financially after
planting our first church, but more importantly, I
have been blessed spriritually beyond expression.
It was so awesome to be able to go to Brazil and see
the church God allowed us to sow. It was such a blessing
to meet the pastor and to pray with him and his family.
Even thought we spoke two different languages, we
communicated through our love for one another.

In the last few months, I have had a much closer walk
with the Lord. On this last trip, God birthed a new
love for people in my life, and I sense that He has
released a new power in my life that I never knew
I could have.

 Sometimes
we only dream a dream. But the dream of building a church
on the Amazon in a region where our television broadcast,
The Central Message, could not reach has become a reality.
The dream is true! I am so blessed to report today that
worship is taking place each week in that amazing house
of worship thanks to the generosity of many who have
come along side to help us see this dream through. Looking
at the pictures of the people packed in the open air
building with hands extended to heaven in worship and
tears pouring down their faces is overwhelming. To some
we can carry the gospel through television, radio, and
the internet, others, through books and tapes. But this
group needed a house of worship and a local shepherd
to lead them. Praise the Lord for making that happen
and letting Ron Phillips Ministries be a small part
of that miracle!

continues to profoundly affect the lives of everyone

most all of you know, Coat of Many Colors Ministries
is totally dependent on God's provision. We have never
requested funds, nor have we tried to raise mony in
any way. Every single accomplishment in our ministry
is a direct result of "divine connections"
which were orchestrated by our Heavenly Father. Just
look what the Lord has done!!
